Paul Howard

Owner & Managing Director

Paul has been with BHL for 29 years, becoming Managing Director in 2020. With a background in engineering and sales, he’s extremely proud of where the business stands now and has ambitions for growth in the future.

Paul understands the importance of building strong working relationships, investing in the team around him and establishing a reputation for providing the best customer service in the industry.

Tim Howard

Sales and Project Director

Tim has worked at BHL for 26 years, starting his career as an installer, working his way up to supervisor and project engineer before becoming project sales director.

Coming from a technical background, it is Tim’s relationship with his clients which is the most important thing to him, and he prides himself on his honest, no-nonsense approach to selling equipment.

Paul Meehan

Head of Design

Paul joined BHL in 2007. He loves the fact that no two jobs are ever the same, and there’s always a different design challenge to tackle with each project.

Before he became part of the team, Paul worked as a buyer for another conveyor manufacturer and prides himself on having experience of the entire process, from design to end product.

Stuart Pyke

Senior Project Manager

Stuart has been with BHL for 5 years. He has a varied background in engineering design, having worked in a range of sectors including nuclear, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and food as a contractor, asset manager, and construction manager.

He really values the close-knit family culture at BHL and considers the team’s knowledge and expertise as second to none.
